A week ago, I posted a story (see Black boxes) about the Museum Hotel, which is on the corner of Cable and Tory Streets, Wellington. The other side of Tory features several apartment blocks, including the one whose windows are detailed here.

This image is one of the series that includes my picture of the Museum Hotel mural.

My eye was attracted by the deconstruction effects created by the reflective surfaces (windows and balcony panels) — especially the fragments of text and the pattern of the green creeper that grows on one wall of the hotel.
